Using hot soft water, powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt. Our cleaning solutions and over 95% of water will leave no soapy residue. This also helps remove dust, mites, allergens and other microscopic pollutants which can trigger allergies and other health problems.

Upholstery Cleaning
Our upholstery cleaning is second to none. With our new hydra-dry upholstery tool, we can achieve exceptional results with minimal drying times, normally 1-2 hours! Our upholstery pre-spray dissolves soils and body oils on natural and synthetic fibers alike and rinses clean, leaving your upholstery with a soft, luxurious feel.

We also offer 3M Scotchgard protection and DuPont Teflon protection to help keep your upholstery clean longer and protect against stains. Excellent results and competitive rates make this a service you won't want to miss.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Columbia Cleaning Service applies cleaner to the tile and grout to help release dirt. Next, we use our truck-mounted equipment and a special cleaning tool.  We apply 200 degree water at 1200 psi into the tile and grout, blasting all the dirt out of the fine pours. All the time water is being applied, we are constantly extracting the water and dirt out to leave the tile and grout unbelievably clean.
